Job Description:
- Control And Advice Quality Assurance Product (QAP) Supervisor And It’s Personnel To Ensure Quantity And Quality Work Properly Done
- Organize And Advice On Outgoing Inspection System & Process Quality Improvement To Make Job Simpler, Faster And Better For All Operators
- Ensure Conformances To Safety Standard
- Settle Customer Claim
- Ensure Proper Flow All NRS (Non Conformity Return Sheet), COS (Change Order Sheet) , DIRS (Dies Inspection Requisition Sheet), ARI (Abnormality Report Information), AER (Assembly Evaluation Report)
- Confirmation All WGS (Work Guidance Sheet), IS (Inspection Standard), PIS (Product Inspection Sheet), COS2 And Other In QA Department
- Ensure Proper Implementation Of ISO 9001 And ISO 14001 System On Daily Operational Of Quality Assurance Product
- Report To Quality Assurance Department Manager
Job Requirements:
- Has Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Has Minimum 3 Years Experience in Quality Assurance (Manager level) in Automotive Manufacturing Industries
- Fluent in English both oral & written (Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage)
- Has Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage, QC2, Certification
- Expert in ISO/TS 16949 , ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Strong Negotiation & Influence Skill
- Strong Leadership Profil
- Deep Analytical Thinking
- Excellent & Systematic Problem Solving & Decision Making
