- Doing Problem-Solving With Customer Problem
Investigation, Internal And Pouring Into A3 Report
- Accustomed To Handling Warranty Claims
- Conduct Supplier & Internal
- Quality Information Problems (Warranty Parts,
Customer Problems) Internal & Suppliers
- Process NG Analysis
- Prevention Of Customer Claims (Zero Defect)
- Good Understanding Of QA/QC Activities Quality Production Problems, Quality Test Equipment, Auditing, Customer Complaints, Warranty Part, And Validating Complaints.
- Skilled In Lean Manufacturing, QCC, TPM, ISO
9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree
- Language: English Communicative Level
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as Quality
Control/Assurance in automotive and experience in assembly panel control
