Job Description:
- Ensuring The Material Purchasing Process Is According To Specifications And Budget, And that Goods Arrive In Good Condition And On Time
- Ensuring Purchasing Administration Is Carried Out Correctly And Properly Validated
- Conduct Vendor Selection And Evaluation Processes On A Regular Basis
- Ensuring Updated Vendor And Material Databases
- Perform Material Purchase Recapitulation And Reports
- Conducting Research And Looking For New Goods Or Materials And Suppliers
- Assessing Tenders From Potential Suppliers
- Conduct Price Negotiations And Agree On Cooperation Contracts With Suppliers
- Responsible For Coordinating The Entire Purchasing Team In The Project, So That Work Can Be Carried Out According To The Scope Of Work, Schedule, Specification And Budget Set
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Purchasing for Construction company and at least 3 years as a Purchasing Manager
- Experienced as purchasing coordinator in Factory Building Civil construction projects and EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction)
- Excellent knowledge of technical goods, especially in factory construction
- Business English level skill
