Job Description:
- Ensure Availability Of Materials For Production, Either From Overseas Or Local, To Arrive On Time And In Accordance With The Required Specifications
- Make Sure Material Claims Are Acceptable When Needed And Look For Ways Not To Happen Again In The Future
- Perform An Internal Review To Decide On Purchases Of Materials At Approved Suppliers To Provide Materials In The Most Optimal Way
- Evaluate The Achievement Of The Supplier And Inform The Relevant Person
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Required language(s) : English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in related fields at Manufacturing Automobile is required for this position
- Preferably both Direct and indirect spend Purchasing
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager Specialized in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to do administration tasks including daily reports
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office
