Job Description:
- The Trainer Plans And Delivers Engaging And Informative Training Sessions On Public Speaking, And Develops And Adapts Training Materials
- Utilize Effective Teaching Methods And Resources To Improve Speaking Skills.
- Develop Strategies To Explain Material About How To Speak In Public, How To Communicate Effectively, The Importance Of Learning Public Speaking
- Guide Participants In Creating Clear And Persuasive Speeches, And Train Participants In Non-verbal Communication Skills, Including Body Language, Eye Contact, And Tone Of Voice.
- provides Tips On Building Self-confidence And Reducing Anxiety Associated With Public Speaking.
- Offers Strategies For Managing Nervousness And Fear During Presentations, And Organizes Mock Presentation Sessions To Simulate Real-world Speaking Situations.
- Continuously Improve Your Knowledge And Skills To Become An Effective
Trainer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication,
education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in public speaking and
presentation skills.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years
experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and
adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Excellent organizational and
time-management skills.
- Empathy and patience in working with individuals at various skill levels.
