Daily/weekly/monthly Agenda And Arrange New Meetings And Appointments For Chief
- Prepare And Disseminate
Correspondence, Memos And Forms
- Make Travel Arrangements,
Business Entertainment, Etc
- Document Expenses And Hand In Reports
- Other Related Task As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any
major
- Minimum 5 years working
experiences in project secretary / office assistant
- Good technical skills in project coordinator, project administrator, secretarial support, technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
- Excellent communication skills
in English, detail oriented, multitasking, good analytical and organizational
skills and loves challenges
