Job Description:
- Seek Out And Develop New Business Opportunities In Line With The Company Strategy And Align With The Company Goal
- Lead And Motivate The Sales Team Performance To Achieve The Targets
- Monitoring Sales Activity Such As Sales Performance, Generating Sales Reports, And Presenting To The Superiors
- Pitching, Presenting, And Demonstrating How The Product Will Meet Client Needs
- Other Task As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or any educational background
- At least 3 years of sales experience in construction or building material
- Able to understand the technical drawing or architectural drawing is a plus point
- Experienced in handling various projects, especially in the high-rise building
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and the English language
