Job Description:
- To Assist In Work Related To The Management And Development Of High-rise Development Project InTangerang Selatan Area Reporting To The Project Director. Responsibilities Would Include Site Preliminary Study, Master Program Development, Budget Formulation, On-site Planning Et Cetera
- Preparing And Advising On The Project Management Plan, The Master Program, The Project Procurement Plan, The Total Development Cost Plan Of The Project To The Project Director And Management For Approval
- Providing Recommendations On The Type, Size, Quality, Timing And Work Schedule Of The Project.
- Coordinating With The Consultants Of The Professional Team In The Overall Design, Preparation Of Tender And Cost Budgets And Engagement Of Contractors And Suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with an undergraduate degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience with a robust track record in past high-rise projects in Jabodetabek.
- Be prepared to present details of at least one past project with a particular focus on work schedule and technical details not limited to costing
- Past experience working in a corporate setting would be an advantage (i.e. with a publicly listed developer or a MNC) Mature, detail orientated, excellent time management and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded and able to work independently within tight deadlines.
