Job Description:
- Develop Trust Relationships With Internal And External Customers And Partners
- Acquire A Thorough Understanding Of Key Customer Needs And Requirements In Specific Project
- Collect Comprehensive Project Information To Management Team For Project Monitoring And Necessary Decisions
- Serve As The Link Of Communication Between Key Customers And Internal Teams
- Report Any Issues And Problems Faced By Customers And Deal With Complaints To Maintain Trust
- Play An Integral Part In Generating New Sales That Will Turn Into Long-lasting Relationships
- Prepare Regular Reports Of Progress And Forecasts To Internal And External Stakeholders using Key Account Metrics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance or Legal related with commercial functions
- Has 5 years experiences in project management office (PMO) with strong exposure in corporate finance / financial advisory / legal commercial
- Good knowledge in financial process
- Good ability in planning and familiar with project management process
- Proactive, fast learner and adaptable
