1. Develop and oversee a pipeline of large-scale property acquisitions with strong investment value.
2. Identify and secure new partnerships while assessing project feasibility, legal aspects, and commercial viability.
3. Perform due diligence and evaluate potential returns and risks with internal stakeholders.
4. Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project execution end-to-end.
5. Maintain clear reporting and documentation of project progress.
6. Support contract development with legal teams to minimize risks.
7. Formulate bulk acquisition and asset-light partnership strategies.
8. Implement digital (SaaS) solutions to enhance acquisition, reporting, and portfolio management.
9. Align business requirements with tech/product teams for system and workflow improvements.
10. Provide operational support when required.

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, or related field.
2. 5+ years in real estate, property, or investment sector.
3. Proven experience in sourcing and executing large-scale property deals.
4. Strong skills in financial modeling, feasibility, and investment analysis.
5. Experienced in negotiations, transactions, and partnership management.
6. Knowledge of legal contracts, tax, and compliance in property projects.
7. Strong analytical thinking with solid risk-return assessment.
8. Ability to develop asset-light and bulk acquisition strategies.
9. Familiar with SaaS/digital tools for acquisition and portfolio management.
10. Fluent in English (written & spoken).
11. Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
12. Adaptable and able to perform in fast-paced environments.
