Job Description:
- Monitoring, Planning, And Controlling All The Activities In The Production Section, Including The Production Target, Productivity, Shipping, Cost Down, Safety, And Manpower
- Prepare The Monthly And Annual Operational Budget, And Also Support The Cost-efficiency
- Ensure Production Runs On Schedule And Target Achieved, Both Quality And Quantity
- Analyze Using 5W + 1H & PDCA
- Other Duties As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experiences as Production Supervisor and 10 years of experience from Manufacturing
- Business in English for Speaking and Writing
- Experience for handling 30 subordinates
- Skilled in cost analysis for production and experience in preparing policy and target
