Job Description:
- Develop
And Maintain Production Schedule Based On Customer Demand, Lead Times And
Available Resources.
- Determine
Material Requirements Planning Based On Production Schedule And Supplier
Capacity.
- Determine
Finished Goods Delivery Schedule Based On Customer Demand.
- Monitor
Production Process And Coordinate With Related Teams To Re-arrange The
Production Schedule If There Is A Problem Occurring In The Production Process.
- Lead And Manage The PPC Team During The Production Process.
- Work
Closely With The Warehouse Team To Monitor Inventory Level.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum
diploma degree from engineering or other suitable qualifications.
- Have
minimum 5 years experience as a Production Planning Control at an automotive
manufacturing company, preferably from two wheels assembly.
- Have
knowledge about setting up the MRP system.
- Have experience using the SAP system.
- Strong
ability to do analysis and problem solving activities, and coordinate with
related teams
