Job Description:
- Plan And Coordinate All Stages Of The Production Process In Accordance With Established Standards To Produce Quality Products In Accordance With Needs/trends, On Time And Efficiently
- Ensure That Each Production Process Has Been Carried Out In Accordance With The Expected Targets
- Guarantee That Every Product Produced Meets Requirements
- Make Production Planning According To Planned Needs
- Create And Establish Every Policy, Procedure (SOP) That Applies In The SKT-SKM Production Department
- Monitoring And Evaluating Production Data At Each Stage Of The Production Process With Established Quality Standards And Completing It On Time
- Coordinate With The Mechanical Department In Terms Of Maintenance And Repair Of SKM Production Machines
- Coordinate With The Inventory Planning Control Section Regarding The Availability Of Raw Materials And Auxiliary Materials
- Coordinate With The Research And Development And Quality Control Departments In An Effort To Maintain And Improve Product Quality
- Organizing A Production Administration System And Reporting System In A Regular And Systematic Manner
- Improve The Quality Of Human Resources In The SKT & SKM Production Department Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annually.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Understand SKM process is added value
- Understand production planning related to production flow and quality
