Job Description:
- Strategize, Planning And Responsible On Production Process
- Full Responsibility On Production Target, Production Machine, Team Performance, Etc
- Making Decisions About Equipment Use And Maintenance
- Implementing Improvements To The Production Process
- Implement And Improve Lean Manufacturing Concept
- Coordinate Production Process To Have A Smooth And Great Result
- Estimating Costs And Preparing Budgets
- Ensuring Products Meet Quality Standards
- Supervising And Evaluating The Performance Of Production Personnel
- Preparing Production Reports
- Other Duties As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineer from reputable university
- Min 5 years of experience as Manager in Manufacture
- Experience in Automotive/ steel pipe
- Understand ISO 9001:2008
- Have leadership experience, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
