Job Description:
- Monitor Productivity Rates, Product Standards And Implement Quality Control Program.
- Analyze Budgets And Continuously Control Production Costs And Identify Waste Measures.
- Control And Develop System & Procedures To Be More Effective, Efficient, And Simple
- Plan, Coordinate And Control Manpower And Production Process To Ensure The Output Is Produced At The Right Cost In The Right Quantities At The Right Time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Rubber Industry is preferred
- Good understanding in automotive production process, especially in automotive rubber components
- Familiar in ISO series, Kaizen System, 5S, and Safety
- Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, speaking).
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
