Job Description:
- Set Up & Follow-up Short Term Business Plan Based On Factory Target
- Manage Production Resources 4M (Man, Method, Machine, Material) To Achieve Productivity, Quality, Cost & Delivery Target.
- Evaluate 4M Capability Conduct Improvement Activities (kaizen) To Improve PQCD
- Maintain Intensive And Strong Coordination With Related Department (PPC, PE, QA, QC, Proc, Etc)
- Manage And Supervise Direct Reports To Ensure Daily And Monthly Target Achieve.
- Develop & Coach The Subordinate For A Better Performance
Job Requirements:
- Has Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from Reputable University
- Has Minimum 3 Years Experience as Production Manager in Electronics/Automotive Industries
- Fluent in English both oral or written
- Has 6 Sigma Black Belt is an advantage
- Proven experiences in Lean management implementation
- Has Strong Leadership Profile & Influence Skill
- Expert in Kaizen, IE (industrial engineering)
- Target Oriented (QCD) and Excellent Process
