Job Description:
- Manage Equipment And Machine
- Manage And Maintain Tools, Equipment And Machine Used During Projects While Adhering To Safety Standards And Company Policies And Procedures To Avoid Accidents Or Project Delays
- Manage The Production Department
- Other Responsibilities As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Business English proficiency
- Min. 10 years as Production, with 2 years as Assistant Manager in Polyester or flexible packaging industry
- Experienced in handling large numbers of subordinates (staff, senior staff to operator level)
- Good leadership skill, good management skill, good interpersonal skill, highly responsible, proactive, smart, excellent problem solving skill
