• Identify And Target Potential Clients Within The Life Sciences Sector Across Designated Territories, Utilizing Existing Databases. Foster Enduring Relationships With Clients By Comprehending Their Needs, Addressing Concerns, And Maintaining Consistent Communication.
• Develop A Profound Understanding Of The Company's Life Sciences Products, Encompassing Their Features, Applications, And Advantages. Stay Current With Research Trends, Competitor Offerings, And Scientific Advancements To Effectively Position Our Products As Solutions To Customer Requirements.
• Generate Regular Sales Reports And Progress Updates To Monitor Achievement Of Targets And Objectives. Analyze Sales Data To Recognize Trends, Possibilities, And Areas For Enhancement.
• Ensure Timely Submission Of Forecasts, Weekly Reports, Monthly Highlights, And Related Documentation For The Assigned Territory To The Reporting Manager.
• Manage A Well-organized And Current Sales Pipeline, Tracking Leads, Opportunities, And Follow-up Actions.
• Create And Execute Sales And Marketing Strategies For Specified Product/area Categories, Such As Seminars, Workshops, Tradeshows, And Promotional Events, To Connect With Potential Clients And Showcase Our Products. Act As The Company's Representative At Various Events To Bolster Brand Visibility And Customer Engagement.

• Bachelor/Master's in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Medical Science or related studies with prior research experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in related fields.
• Independent and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
