- Liaison
With The Operation And Accounting Team On A Weekly Basis To Update On The
Development Of The Existing System
- Working
With Cross-functional Teams To Setup A Culture And Framework For Sound And
Disciplined Financial Reporting Effort
- Document
The Current System In An Effort To Deeply Understand How It Works, This Is
Important As A Milestone To Do The Transformation
- Create
Product Vision For Company Product Operation And Finance Squad To Transform The
Current System Into A Next-generation System
- Develop Journal Posting Monitoring Report For Each Transaction SAP Needs To Record With Data Team
- Mentor
Junior Product Managers To Help Them Achieve Individual & Team Objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent major
- Fluent
in English
- 3+
years of experience in Product Management or Consulting
- Have
a strong background in Fintech/Payment gateway/Accounting industry
- Experience
in Software Development Lifecycle processes such as Agile, Scrum, XP, and Lean
Startup
- Having an eye for detail and the ability to work on a complex system
- Strong
written, verbal, and collaboration skills
