Job Description:
- Implement Various Effective Procurement Processes To Reduce Expenses And Build Long-term Profitability For The Company.
- Define Sourcing Strategy To Achieve Cost Savings That Is In Alignment With Company's Objectives
- Lead And Mentor A Team Of Procurement, Buyer, Expeditor And Logistics Professionals, Providing Guidance And Support To Achieve Departmental Targets.
- Maintaining And Grow Partnerships With Internal And External Team Across Functions Frequently
- Collaborate With Project Managers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders To Identify Procurement Needs And Specifications For Various Projects.
- Develop And Maintain Procurement Policies, Procedures, And Documentation To Ensure Compliance With Legal And Regulatory Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement & supply chain, with experience in the EPC industry.
- Have exposure to contracts bench marking
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
- 'Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
