Job Description:
- Determine Process Standards For All Production Processes And Evaluate Them Periodically
- Planning Production Process Improvements For The Purposes Of Productivity, Efficiency And Quality Improvement
- Planning Process Development According To The Results Of R&D Innovation (new Products) For Implementation In Production
- Determine Work Implementation Targets In The Process Development Sub-department
- Review And Authorize New Process Standards And Existing Developments
- Availability Of Process Standards For Smooth Production Processes And Implementation Of Process Development In Accordance With Predetermined Schedules
Job Requirements:
- Have minimum 3 year experience in tobacco industry
- Bachelor's of Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Food Technology
- Experience handling Primary and Secondary (SKT and SKM)
- Experience handling development/innovation project
