• Accountable For People Management, Planning And Delivery Of Product Features And Improvements
• Participate In Cross-team Collaboration And Ensure That The Engineering Teams Are On The Same Page
• Responsible For Mentoring And Upskilling Team Members, Finding Areas Of Improvement And Defining KPIs And Growth Plan Of Team Members
• Participate In The Recruitment Process, Defining And Measuring The Hiring Goals And Working With Senior Management To Define The Hiring Plan
• Accountable For Bringing Visibility Of The Team's Contributions To Stakeholders. Responsible For Making Technical Context More Accessible To Stakeholders
• Communicate, Collaborate And Work Effectively Across Distributed Teams In A Global Environment
• Accountable For Bridging The Gap Between Technical Teams And Collaborating To Find Solutions To Complex Technical Problems

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and managing distributed applications or services in either Java, Golang or other similar general purpose languages
• At least 2 years of experience in technically leading and mentoring a team
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding, and information exchange across all stakeholders
• Solid understanding of distributed system fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot issues in a larger distributed infrastructure, including concepts from unit-level (e.g. operating system, resources management) to systems level (e.g. networking, observability, high-availability)
• Professional experience in working with key technologies that are used by the team, including: Infrastructure as Code tools, configuration management system, container technologies, container orchestrators, and schedulers (Kubernetes)
