Job Description:
- Conduct In-depth Research On Technology Solutions In The Fields Of Finance, Banking, And Fintech
- Learn And Analyze Customer Requirements To Identify Appropriate Solutions And Prepare Presentation Documents And Materials
- Prepare Comprehensive Solution Proposals, Respond To RFP/RFI Questions, And Conduct Product/solution Demonstrations
- Collaborate Closely With Sales Staff And Partners To Provide Expert Knowledge On Products, Operations, And Technology To Customers
- Work In Collaboration With Product/Project Managers, Deployment Teams, And Sales Staff To Develop Effective Product Supply And Deployment Plans
- Stay Updated On The Latest Technology Trends, Solutions, And Evaluate Products, Services, And Suppliers
- Identify Suitable Products And Services From Leading Solution Providers And Participate In Training Courses Offered By Technology Firms
- Perform Other Related Tasks Within The Pre-sale Process
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience working at technology companies, system integrators, or FinTech firms in roles such as Consultant, Pre-sales, Tech Leader, PM, or equivalent
- Alternatively, experience in banks, financial institutions, or consulting firms will be considered
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance from universities with majors in IT, Finance, Banking, or related fields are also encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate a strong passion for technology and aspire to become technology solution consultants
- Ability to quickly learn new areas and display a passion for continuous learning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- Proficient in writing clear and concise documents and presentations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
