1. Lead and oversee all injection molding manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, delivery schedules, quality standards, productivity, and operational efficiency are achieved consistently.

2. Coordinate maintenance and engineering activities by strengthening preventive maintenance practices, reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring spare parts readiness.

3. Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives through CAPA implementation, rejection reduction, Lean Manufacturing practices, and process optimization for productivity, cost efficiency, and stability.

4. Manage and develop supervisors, technicians, operators, and supporting staff by building a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, discipline, and leadership development.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PPIC, Commercial, Purchasing, QA, Engineering, Tooling, and HR to support smooth operations, project launches, customer requirements, safety compliance, and audit readiness.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably within plastic injection molding and multi-shift factory environments.
3. Strong understanding of injection molding processes, production planning, machine utilization, maintenance systems, process improvement, and manufacturing operational efficiency.
4. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, ERP systems, manufacturing reporting systems, and ISO 9001/IATF manufacturing environments.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, with high accountability, execution focus, and willingness to be based near the factory location.
