Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for piping products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop new markets and customer segments within the piping industry.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and business reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields, preferably within the piping industry.
- Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in piping products and applications.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Possess active SIM A and SIM C
- Familiar with the Jabodetabek area and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of developing effective sales strategies.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays per month, until 2:00 PM).
