Job Description:
- Ensuring Accurate And Timely Disbursement Of Employee
Compensation. Stay Up-to-date With Payroll Regulations, Tax Laws, And
Compliance Requirements
- People Operations: Serve As The Subject Matter Expert For All People Operations Matters, Internal Guidelines, And Policies For Singapore And New Markets. Work Closely With Key Stakeholders To Provide People Management Solutions, In Compliance With Local Employment Laws
- Data Management: Manage All HR Data, Including Maintenance Of Our HRIS And Ensuring Accurate, Up-to-date Data
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute Employee Onboarding And Off-boarding, Including Related Administrative Work, Digital Documentation, And Follow-up
- Office Management: Oversee The Daily Operations Of The Office, Including Maintenance, Supplies, And Equipment, To Ensure A Productive And Well-organized Workplace
- Payroll Administration: Process And Manage Payroll Efficiently
Job Requirements:

- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Personally organised, with strong attention to detail
- A good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) due to the need to liaise with China stakeholders
- Min. of 2 years work experience in human resources operations and payroll administration with good knowledge of local labour laws (regional exposure is a big plus)
