Job Description:
- Lead And Actively Source, Identify And Evaluate
New Potential Partners, Negotiate Contracts And Propose Commercial Terms For
Engagement
- Lead And Prepare Proposals For Management
Approval For Strategic Partnerships Where Required
- Oversee And Launch And Marketing Of New
Partnerships
- Lead And Conduct Performance Reviews, Plan For
Initiatives And Strategies With Each Partner
- Oversee And Handle Admin/servicing Issues Faced
By Partners And Members
- Identify Potential Areas, Activities, And Tactical Through Partners That Can Support Membership Growth And Engagement
- Other Related Job Tasks
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
Degree in any major from a reputable university
- Language: Fluent in
English (oral & written)
- Relevant experience
in loyalty programs/partnerships and/or the airline industry is beneficial
- Relevant contacts of
partners in the market to value add to the Loyalty partner ecosystem
- Leadership qualities
– able to lead, motivate, and coach a team to improve overall performance
- Commercially minded, organized, and able to balance multiple partner relationships
- Strong negotiation ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and possess the drive to achieve optimum results
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix reporting organization
- Team player and collaborator
