Job Description:
- Managing Projects Pertaining To Organization Design And Change Management
- In Charge Of Designing And Delivering Organization Development And Change Management Strategies, Processes, And Intervention That Supports Business Short-term And Long-term Plans-- Ensuring A High-performing Organization That Foster A Culture Of Agility
- Partner With Business Stakeholders In Identifying Business Challenges And Gaps To Establish Thorough Organizational Intervention Practices
- To Oversee The Annual Appraisal Process, Monitor Compliance With The Timetable And Work With The Director Of Human Capital To Ensure Consistency Of Quality In Appraisal Documentation
- To Support Specific Performance Improvement Initiatives, Through The Implementation Of A New Behavioral Competency Framework And 360 Degree Feedback Process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with about 10 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing particularly on organizational development and performance management
- Track-record of working within a fast-paced industry, ideally having the exposure of heavy transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skill, the ability to coach relevant stakeholders in navigating through the uncertainty and complexity of organizational change
- Sound knowledge of strategic OD practices with the ability to integrate process through holistic interactions between people, technology, and structure
