Operations Director

1. Lead and oversee the company's end-to-end operations.
2. Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
3. Oversee Engineering, Workshop, Field Service, and Project Execution teams.
4. Ensure all maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), and fabrication projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
5. Manage operational planning, resource allocation, and an organization of approximately 400 employees.
6. Monitor operational KPIs, budgeting, P&L, and revenue performance.
7. Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Heads of Division, and operational teams.

1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions, such as Operations Director, Director of Operations, General Manager Operations, COO, or equivalent, within the Industrial Services, Rotating Equipment, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or related industries.
3. Proven track record in leading large-scale operational organizations with 100–400+ employees.
4. Strong knowledge of operational management, project-based services, MRO, budgeting, P&L management, and business growth strategies.
5. Excellent leadership, people management, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Professional working proficiency in English.
