Job Description:
- Ensuring The Implementation Of SOP & Health
And Safety Procedures During Physical Operational Activities
- Proactive In Preventing And Discuss With The
Manager Of The Potential Problem That May Occur Related To Activity Inside The
Warehouse
- Supervising Loading/unloading Activities And Also
The Vehicle Involved And Do Periodically Stock Check
- Ensuring All Delivery/goods Dispatched From The
Warehouse Arrived At The Destination Good Condition
- Answering All Questions From Customers And Third
Parties In Proper Manner
- Checking And Verifying Absence Reports Of
Subordinates And Controlling The Total Overtime Of Subordinates
- Determining The Total Manpower Needed To Finish
Targeted Activities
- Discussing With Subordinates About Working
Process And Results/performance

Arranging And Conducting
Training Sessions For Subordinates
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
major
- Language: English (Communicative) Prefer Japanese
Speaker
- Having experience of negotiation with customers
and making proposals (including creating quotations
- Having Operation/Warehouse experience for min. 5
years in the Automotive or Logistic Industry
- Having working experience in Japanese Companies
- Proficient in the Production and Distribution of
Automobile Parts
