Job Description:
- Liaise With Facility
Management Vendors, Stakeholders, And Third Parties
- Manage Contract And Price
Negotiations With Office Vendors, Service Providers, And Office Leases
- Manage Financial And Human Resources Inquiries For All Office Equipment To Update And Maintain Office Policies As Necessary
- Manage Office G&A Budget,
And Ensure Accurate And Timely Reporting
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience (7-10
years+) in Admin/Finance role in a mid-sized company, ideally in a similar kind
of business (consultancy, project-based business etc)
- Strong accounting and
bookkeeping skills (ideally with an accounting degree or similar) – able to
track budget expenses, tracking budget expenses, manage Accounts Receivable and
Accounts Payable; coordinate with accountant on taxation and reporting issues.
- Strong organisational
skills, with strong prioritisation/ time management skills and very much a
self-starter
- Confident communication
skills, questioning & clarification skills – in both Bahasa Indonesian and
English
- Proactive, personal motivation skills and team player; able to delegate effectively
- Strong understanding of HR procedures, theory and policies
- Proactively seeks feedback on written and verbal communication style
