Job Description:
- Organize Office And Assist
Associates In Ways That Optimize Procedures.
- Sort And Distribute
Communications In A Timely Manner.
- Create And Update Records
Ensuring Accuracy And Validity Of Information.
- Schedule And Plan Meetings And Appointments.
- Monitor Level Of Supplies And
Handle Shortages.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or holds degree in
Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related discipline.
- Has 1 to 2 years of relevant
working experience in a fast pace/high multitasking environment is preferred.
- A tech-savvy and proficient in
Microsoft Office (especially advanced in Excell).
- Characters: high attention to detail, a keen eye for numbers and data, a multi-tasker, fast-paced working ability, willing to support others, and good in task management.
- Good in English (writing and
speaking).
