Job Description:
- Perform Troubleshooting And Identify The Main Causes In The Network System
- Propose Improvements In Ensuring The Optimization Or Development Of Network Services
- Make Backups And Document The Configuration Of All Existing Network Systems
- Assisting Service Provider Vendors In Carrying Out Preventive Maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Experienced in a similar position
- Have knowledge about network and security products
- Have experience in planning, implementation / installation, basic troubleshooting to advanced level
- Have technical certification for CISCO, HP, or DELL will be a plus point
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
