Job Description:
- Provides Investigation, Diagnostic Testing And Repair/resolution Of System, Hardware, Software And Infrastructure.
- Maintaining Software Applications, Operating Systems And Regular Maintenance.
- Managing Assigned Projects And Program Components To Deliver Services In Accordance With Established Objectives
- Implement New Hardware, System And Software
- Maintain And Troubleshoot Server Problems
- Report To Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years working experience of Technical Support in similar position
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- CCNA, CCNP certificate
- Demonstrate experience in one or more of the following additional areas: Database Technologies (SQL, Web Technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP); Email Deliverability; CRMs (Salesforces, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
