• Sales Team Management By Building, Using & Developing Effective Sales Follow Up Tools/dash Boards In Order To Execute The Corporate Sales Strategy Including, But Not Limited To: Follow Up Of Sales Prospect Pipeline (briefing, De-briefing And Sales Coaching), Existing User Satisfaction/relation, Area Potential Development Analysis And New Account Acquisition,
  
• Cooperation With Marketing Teams To Define Promotion Strategy Per Business Unit And Business Area To Generate New Prospects For The Medium/long-term.
• Responsible Of Customer Interface : Satisfaction, Existing Challenges And Futures Needs
• Manage The Installed Base For A Closer Relation With Users And The Regular Source Of Income Via Service Contracts, Upgrades And Consumables Supply.

• You have at least 3-5 year experience in national sales manager of medical equipment, investment medical equipment (large units) will be a plus; West Indonesia will be a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Medical Equipment market place and industry business opportunities;
• You are a strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skill in English & Bahasa, with the ability effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers;
• Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to manage a diverse sales team;
• You have good computer skill including Microsoft Office;
• You are fully committed to ethical business practice.
