Job Description:
- Develop And Implement National Sales Plans That Align With Corporate Objectives
- Lead And Motivate The Sales Team To Achieve And Exceed Targets
- Identifying Opportunities For Business Expansion And Market Penetration
- Monitoring Sales Performance And Providing Insightful Analysis To Optimize Results
- Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Business Partners
- Collaborating With Marketing Teams To Develop Effective Sales Campaigns
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment
- Experience in the direct selling industry is a plus
