• Establish Productive And Professional Relationships With Key Personnel In Assigned Customer Accounts.
• Improves The Whole General Experience Of The Products (e.g. Customers' Experience, Product's Position On The Market, Brand Awareness, Etc.).
• Conducting Sales Training Activities To Refresh The Sales' Team Selling Performances.
• Conduct Market Analysis To Gain Insights From Customers And Competitors' Performances.
• Reporting Directly To The Country General Manager.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Management level in the same industry (Shrimp Feed/Aquafeed).
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the market situation for Shrimp Feed.
• Excellent networks of Vendors in the local area.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Decent command of English professional proficiency
