Job Description:
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with senior management
- Identify and acquire new customers to support business growth
- Possess strong knowledge of company products and effectively present them to potential clients
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the sales team’s performance at both head office and branch levels to ensure sales targets are met
- Conduct regular market evaluations and competitive analysis to provide insights for effective marketing strategies, new product development, and competitor monitoring
- Carry out additional tasks related to the role and responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Manager
- Support the monitoring and control of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices until payment completion
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Sales experience in the Chemical Industry (Fiberglass, Rubber, or Adhesives) is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, persistent, and results-oriented
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Proven track record in closing sales and securing deals
- Motivated by performance-based incentives and commission schemes
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Capable of promoting products and expanding the customer base
- Skilled in conducting market surveys, research, and analysis
- Proficient in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- Holds a valid Class A driver’s license (SIM A)
- Based in or willing to be assigned to Jakarta (Greater Jakarta/Bodetabek area)
