Job Description:
- Examining Market Conditions And Developments,
Evaluating Organizational Opportunities For Mergers, Acquisitions And
Divestitures
- Oversee MA Project Management Processes Including
Due Diligence, Financial Planning, Scoping, Closure, And Integration
- Negotiate, Seek, Finalize, And Manage Account
Purchase Agreements For Companies As Well As Acquiring Other Companies And
Merging Them Into Your Company
- Develop Appropriate Financial Means To Estimate
Cash Flow And Profit Potential
- Designing An MA Strategy, Identifying Sectors And
Companies That May Be Viable Business Targets
- Analyze, Assess And Communicate To The Board High Level Business Impacts And Risks
- Build And Maintain Productive Relationships With
Our Target Companies And Related Networks
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
but management/accounting major preferred
- Language: Fluent in English
- Experience min. 3 years in the field of MA
(minimum senior supervisor level)
- Preferably have experience in financing company
