Job Description:
- Source and manage products, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee product quality.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to forecast demand.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Oversee the logistics of product transportation, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Handle documentation and compliance for export and import processes, including customs regulations.
- Serve as a liaison for clients, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams and contribute to merchandising strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in export agency or FMCG roles.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Commitment: Demonstrated stability in previous roles and a commitment to long-term employment.
