- Follow Up Irregularity, Claim & Complaint
From Customers
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Fluent in Japanese (min. JLPT N3). English skills will be an advantage
- Having min. 5 years of work experience in steel industry manufacture, heavy industry and automotive manufacture, and related
- Proven track record in implementing marketing communication *(must presentation in the interview)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiar with computers (Microsoft Office)
