Job Description:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Communicate and articulate the marketing plan.
- Manage the marketing plan budget and timeline.
- Achieve targets consistent with the plan and timeline.
- Lead, monitor, and review marketing efforts to ensure alignment with the company's plan.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management/Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager.
- Experience in Beauty/skincare industry.
- Have a good leadership and communication skill..
- Willing be placement in South Jakarta
