• Support The Conduction & Analysis Of Regular Marketing Surveys To Better Understand Our Users And Deep-dive In Brand Position & Perception Opportunities
• Support To Create Bi-month Marketing Plan Based On Solid Understandings Of Our Marketing Opportunities & Brand Strategies, Thorough Communications And Clear Alignments With Cross-functional Teams That Are Both Local & HQ Based
• Proactively Initiate Local Partners Including TV Stations, VOD And Other Trend Media Channels For Content Integration/seeding And Support The Launch Of Branding Campaigns With A Strong Target In Driving Brand Awareness Uplifts And Perception Increase Of USP
• Serve As A Project Owner To Propose Local Opportunities, Initiate New Projects And Follow Through The Whole Execution Process To The Official Launching To Ensure A Timely Delivery Of Business Targets By Partnering

• At least 4 years experience in TV stations, news media, or marketing agencies with solid experience in content integration with different media touch points and with a solid understanding of internet products
• Passionate about creating and analyzing social trends with a deep understanding of local internet user behaviors and how to better engage local users through a content angle
• Proven record to show capability in launching marketing campaigns from market research, target audience analysis, strategic planning and good executions; comfortable to work with cross-functional teams as a team player and have strong data driven mindset to be extremely result oriented
• Self-starter, fast-learner and open-minded for different point of views, comfortable working under pressure , ambiguity and constant changes
