Job Description:
- Strengthen Brand Awareness In Society, Align With Marketing Programs
- Lead And Oversee Marketing Programs In Hospital Units Within This Group
- Conceptualize, Execute, And Evaluate Marketing Strategies To Ensure Efficiency And Effectiveness
- Work Closely With Related Departments To Develop New Packages / Services That Is In Line With The Trend
- Build Long-term Partnerships With Various Stakeholders To Develop The Hospital Business
- Conceptualize And Create Center Of Excellence (CoE) In Hospital Units To Ensure Alignment Between CoE And Hospital Unit Area Demography
- Build Cross-functional Relationships With Organizational Stakeholders To Understand Products, Services, And Industry Trend To Develop Focused Communications Programs
- Managing Department Budget Related To Marketing Activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Marketing Manager or above, preferably in corporate level
- Professional background in Hospital Commercial function, preferably in hospital group
- Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
- Creative individual with high agility and adaptability
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Minimum bachelor degree. Master degree in Marketing or Management is preferred
