Job Description:
- Analyze And Develop Marketing Strategies To Increase The Number Of Customers And Areas For Specified Targets.
- Arrange, Approve, Analyze, Implement And Improve Marketing, Sales And Promotion Strategies
- Responsible To Lead And Control Sales, Marketing, And Promotion Strategies
- Realizing And Implementing Plans And Procedures Through Delegation With Marketing, Sales And Promotion Departments
- Conduct Of All Marketing, Sales And Promotion Performance
- Create Basic Concepts, Discuss And Departmental Procedures Based On The Needs Of The Marketing, Sales And Promotion Departments
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing or relevant field an MBA will be preferred
- Proven track record in similar role or at the level of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager minimum 5 years
- 5 or more years of experience in real estate / property industry
- Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets.
- Familiar with project of management
