Job Description:
- Call And Follow Up Customers Based On Quotation
- Response To Inbound Call/email From Customers
- Responsible In Getting Customer's Information, Inquiries And Incoming Projects
- Increase Customer Satisfaction By Resolving Issues And Problems
- Product Promotion To Related Customers
- New Customer Activation Task
- Maintain Customer's Relationship
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Management/PR
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing/Tele-marketing field
- Knowledge in PO process flow
- Basic knowledge in mechanical or electrical products
- Medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (excel and word)
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Independent, able to work in a team and highly motivated
