Job Description:
- Managing All The Merchandising Strategy For Beauty, Health And Wellness Categories
- Help The Company To Grow The Valuation Of The Business For Beauty, Health And Wellness Categories
- Direct In-charge For Intake And Gross Margin, Product Selection, Assortment Creation And The Stock Turn As Well
- Collaborating And Exploring New Potential Business Partner From Global Beauty Brands
Job Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor Degree - any discipline from a reputable University
- Minimum 5 years successful leadership role in consumer marketing/ Merchandizing , preferably in a healthcare company or a big retail chain ( pharmacy or grocery ).
- Technical Competencies ( Advanced Level )
- Generates insight, develop concept from the insight, establish a communication plan and put it on effective commercial
- Deep understanding of consumer and shopper behavior
- Gross to Net concept, and how marketing can create the demand
- Promotion management for different channels
- Full understanding of key drivers and behavior of different media platform (Media management ).
- Good interdependent collaboration with related functions to maximize a flawless execution of Merchandizing Strategy to achieve the company’s goal & objectives
