Job Description:
1. Translate written documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa when required.
2. Provide verbal interpretation between expatriates and local employees.
3. Support communication during meetings, training programs, inspections, audits, and when assisting customers or visitors as needed.
4. Help expatriate employees understand company policies, regulations, and job-related requirements.
5. Interpret during technical discussions and equipment operation training.
6. Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and neutrality in all communications.
7. Assist with HRGA administrative tasks, including preparation of expatriate documents, flight and hotel bookings, and other travel arrangements.
8. Support coordination for expatriate entertainment or hospitality matters involving visitors, customers, or clients when necessary.
Job Requirements:
1. Male or Female candidates are welcome.
2. Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK Level 4 or active Mandarin communication skills
3. Open for Fresh Graduates.
4. Willing to be placed in Cikarang
