1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services in accordance with the company's requirements while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
2. Evaluate vendor performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain the vendor database on a regular basis.
3. Develop, review, and manage procurement contracts to ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and deliver the best value for the company.
4. Conduct cost structure analysis, budget estimation, and identify opportunities for procurement cost optimization and savings.
5. Oversee and optimize the use of ERP-based procurement and inventory management systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
6. Ensure compliance with import-export regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics management.
7. Lead, develop, and motivate the Procurement team to achieve departmental objectives and performance targets.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Finance, Engineering, Operations, and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth procurement operations.
9. Manage procurement risks by proactively addressing supply disruptions, delivery delays, and market price fluctuations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Procurement Manager.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
4. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract administration, and negotiation.
5. Proven ability to evaluate vendor performance using KPIs and manage vendor databases effectively.
6. Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement and inventory management, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
