Job Description:

  • Supporting Organization’s Strategy By Mapping Out Plans And Corporate Procedures To Achieve Desirable Outcomes
  • Assist In Formulating Of Company’s Business Plan
  • To Monitor And Direct The Implementation Of Strategic Business Plan
  • Assist CR In Managing And Supervising The Subset Of Corporate Office And As The Key Representative In Communicating Important Decision Among Stakeholder Including Human Resources, Finance, And Corporate Administration Departments
  • Manage And Supervise The Full Spectrum Including But Not Limit To Accounting Functions, Resource Planning, And Improvement Plan By Working With Cross Functional Teams
  • Take Lead In Providing Finance And Accounting Guidance Solutions
  • Review The Management And Financial Reports To Ensure Accurate And Timely Reporting To The HQ/management Within The Stipulated Deadlines
  • Analytical Reviews On Monthly Management Reporting And Investigation On Variances/deviation Against The Norms, Budget, Forecast And Cash Flow Management
  • Identify And Recommend Processes Improvements And Internal Controls To Ensure Compliance Of All Policies And Procedures, Protection Of Assets, Reliability Of Data And Information And Operational Efficiency & Effectiveness
  • Liaise With External Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Agent, And Corporate Secretarial Agent On Internal And Regulatory Compliance Matters
  • Management Of All Office Documentation, Including Company License Documents
  • Any Other Adhoc Projects / Duties Assigned
  • Take Lead In Sub Functions Of HR – Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration & Compensation, Learning And Development, Staff Engagement, Etc
  • Act As Advisory And Subject Matter Expert For HR Related Matters For Jakarta Offices
  • Implement HR Policies, Procedures And Programs And Ensure Staff Compliance
  • Work With QC Team To Maintain And Enhance ISO9001, 14001, 18001 And ISO22301
  • Other Duties As Assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience as Manager level handling Finance and HR from Construction. *Strong in Finance
  • Business English proficiency
  • Experienced in handling PPH and local regulation related to tax and licensing
